When should I contact you?
As soon as possible before it's too late !
We recommend that you call us as soon as you feel your job situation is about to change . You may see this happening in the form of: not being invited to meetings which you would normally have been asked to join, or receiving e-mails about decisions which have been made without your input or knowledge. This may however, simply be the result of a change in manager or a change in business strategy.
However, you can certainly contact us if you feel your role within the company is being side-lined, as we can help you to create or restore an open dialogue allowing you to negotiate strongly and avoid a litigation situation.
I know how to negotiate, why do I need you?
The vast majority of us try to manage our own relationships with our companies . Normally external support is only considered when there is actually a breakdown in communications between you and your company.
In these circumstances you may need to use legal support to help you with contract negotiations. But, do you really want to be in this situation? The company will use various highly skilled personnel in the contract negotiations. You may find managing this difficult situation on your own stressful from both an emotional and professional perspective. In other words, it is an unequal game.
Beyond the financial aspects, each negotiation contains a large number of issues and potential risks, the outcomes of which impact not just on your personal peace of mind but also your professional reputation and your future ...
Handling these situations on your own is a mistake. Trying to negotiate by yourself in order to save a few thousand or tens of thousands of euros is a risky approach.
I'm going to sign a contractual termination, why would I contact you?
What are the NegoAndCo payment terms?
Our rates are adjusted to reflect the issues and complexities of each individual client. Our remuneration is based on the results that are achieved.
I am certain that I will win my case in court, so how can your negotiation services help me?
Do you realise that the law does not necessarily protect the compensation of management executives.
You should also be aware that compensation packages obtained following a court hearing may be a lot lower than your expectations. The emotional cost of a long drawn out legal trial (between 1.5 and 5 years) can be very high, and during this period it may be more difficult to move ahead with other professional projects.
Our negotiation techniques usually lead to a resolution within an average of 4.5 months and more importantly, our input reduces the physical and emotional cost to yourself.
I already work with a consultant, what more can you do for me?
Some of our clients already work with consultants but come to us for additional guidance in defining a global negotiation strategy, so that their negotiation discussions remain focused, professional and successful.
My company does not want to negotiate, so how could you help me with this?
The fact that your company is telling you that it does not want to negotiate is in itself a negotiation strategy! A strategy aimed at intimidating you. We are skilled in providing you with counter-strategies so that negotiation discussions can begin.
